I've had this place book marked for a hot minute! We were lucky enough to get seated right away. We wanted to try the "very limited quantity" starters and OMG, I am so glad we did. My husband and I couldn't stop saying how delicious the brussel chips were! We opted for the brisket and pork belly which were cooked perfectly! All of the sides were flavorful and we had to get a second order of the cornbread! We were starting to get full, but had to try the Thai sticky ribs because it was a special menu item, highly recommend! & of course there's always room for dessert. The que cake was very unique and delicious! The raspberry and mango sorbet was refreshing and a good way to end our meal! The service was great and we were checked on constantly. We also appreciate little gestures like having our water refilled. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend. Can't wait to go back and try the other menu items.

The huli huli chicken plate was so large that I couldn't even finish half of it (I wasn't super hungry though). I really enjoyed the chicken and would come back to order the same thing if I was in the area. The brussel sprouts and tater tots were okay. I also ordered a mocha latte which was pretty bad - it tasted more like grainy chocolate milk and I couldn't finish it. It seems like something that doesn't belong on the menu anyway. Next time I'll try the iced tea instead.

This place was fantastic. There was a long wait to eat inside so we decided to order food to go. It was still about a 35 min wait for the to go food but we didn't mind. We figured if people were willing to wait over an hour then there had to be something special about this place and sure enough, there is!! Service was incredible and very helpful with giving us suggestions off the menu. They also took my allergies very seriously and triple checked everything to make sure I'd be okay to eat what I ordered. My husband and I both got the brisket, PERFECT. It was cooked so well and the seasoning was simple but really highlighted the brisket over all. It was mostly meat and not a lot of fat for both of us which we really appreciated. My husband got the pork belly and the flavoring on it was sensational. Sweet, salty, and once again cooked perfectly. The huli huli chicken was just okay to me, not much as far as flavor and I thought the chicken was a little dry but the rest of the meal made up for it so I didn't really care. Baked beans were some of the best I've ever had in my life and I loved that it had thick pieces of brisket in it. We honestly enjoyed everything we ate here and would definitely eat here again. Prices were fair for the portions you got. You really can't go wrong eating here. Only issue is parking was hard for us to find, obviously because they were packed but they do have some free parking in the back. We had to park a couple blocks away and walk over.

I had easy Que last night. I haven't been here since January. I have been wanting to go, but couldn't line that up with a day other than Monday or Tuesday. The waitress was friendly as usual. Everything was the same, except they changed the baked beans and also the meats seemed a bit dry and not as tender as normal. It seems nit picky, but there's a difference between cutting with a fork and having to use a knife. The baked beans seemed darker and had less spice to it. The food was still pretty decent though. Maybe it was a one off???

Great Experience! Went there for the first time on Mother's Day and got the Family of 4 Pack and a blacken Salmon plate to go. Family pack for $85 includes three mains; +$3 for brisket or chicken, and +$14 for ribs, so total $105 and all smoked in house. Wasn't sure on quantity but I was pleasantly surprised with how much meat there was! About 8 slices of brisket that was sooo soft and juicy (not like other posts complaining about dry brisket?), 4 large pieces of chicken thighs, also so soft, and about 12 meaty ribs! Unbelievable! All tasted so good! The blacken salmon had a fantastic tasting bark on it and was still moist! Fam pack also came with 3 sides, got the mac n cheese, beans, (both great) and Mexican corn, something different and okay. Also all came with choice of bread, got the grilled cornbread and regular cornbread, preferred the later. Loved the ambiance while waiting for my order as I got there about 20 minutes early, "boomer" soft rock music was blaring away and the place was buzzing! Was really enjoying the wait! Receptionist and cashier were so friendly and welcoming. Told the cashier my name was, Bruce, and she could not find my order, so I described what I ordered and she found it under "Ruth". Told her I get that all the time over the phone so I tell people, Bruce like Bruce Lee. I get home and look at my receipt and she had crossed out Ruth and wrote Bruce Lee with smiley face. Made my day!

I know I've reviewed Easy 'Que before, but had lunch w/ fried chicken sandwich in mind + tater tots + $6 slushies. The chicken sandwich was ridiculously ginormous (see "before shot" pic). It was basically TWO sandwiches in one - I ate the top layer of chicken separately. As you can see in the "after shot" pic, it is now a "normal" sandwich! If you have a BIG APPETITE, this will certainly meet your needs. (I took my "normal sandwich" to go hahaha). SO STUFFED that I couldn't finish by beloved tater tots. $6 slushies also no joke, packs a punch. 2's definitely my limit if I'm driving. So refreshing. So glad Easy 'Que set up shop in Kailua!
